Removable Pedestal Plate set

Removable pedestal plates consist of a lower plate mounted onto the deck of the boat.  It is 5″x4″x1/4″ thick

Thumbscrews then hold the pedestal itself to this mounting plate

This allows the entire baseplate assembly with pedestal to be removed from the deck of the boat or have the pedestal positioned on either side of the boat.
