Lund Boats with 42 degree Sport Track and Livescope 34 in Forward and down views.
This assembly bolts onto boats made by lund that have the sport track T bolt rail system that is at an angle (not for those where the T track is straight up and down).
The bracket bolts into the rail. Baseplate is held to the bracket with simple nylon thumbscrews to provide a breakaway point in the event of downrod contact on obsticles.
The thumbscrews as well as the bracket itself allow for quick removal of parts from the boat edge.
Downrods are held in the baseplates receiver cup using gravity only. The number one way to not hit something is to just pick up the downrod and put it in the boat.
Trolling speeds with this system can be up to 4mph.
Transducer mounting is a simple u bracket that allows for centered downrod placement. This centered location means the downrod is stable as compared to Garmin bracketing wherein the transduser is offset like a bad hockey stick.
